At Alpha BioMed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
